FloatingRooms - 20ft. Studio Plans

We made the plans of the Floating Room prototype for you to download and rebuild. You can stick to the plans or make your own changes. Build a bigger or smaller unit. Build it yourself or have someone else build it for you. With these plans, you are going to be able to build the prototype for less than $40K. They are especially aimed at the DIYer -- you do not have to be a professional to read the plans.

Use this .xls sheet to estimate and track the cost of your build. I left all of our expenses in there, so it is something like a complete MATERIAL LIST.

Read the book along with the plans, it will give you more insight about details of the process, tips and tricks about finishing the build, heads ups etc.
